Since i have resigned from my 9-5 formal job and become a full internet marketer i spend 8-10 hours a day sit in front of my notebook at home. I’m too lazy to exercises outdoor like jogging or bicycling so i decide to buy indoor exercise equipment to keep my stamina and stay health.
